Scope and contact
AlgoStrat Inc. d/b/a AlgoTrading Accelerator (ATA) operates this website and application. This notice describes information handled through these pages. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to support@algotradingaccelerator.com.
Separate notices and agreements may apply to member services, payments, software licenses and third-party services. This notice does not replace your software agreement.
Information you provide
The application asks for your name, email address, Instagram handle and answers about your experience, available capital range, affordability, decision-making, timing, referral and questions about the program. You may also choose whether to receive optional education emails.
Contact details and answers are saved as you continue through the application, before final submission. This lets you resume and lets ATA distinguish incomplete applications from completed submissions. You can review your answers before completing the application. Do not include account passwords, identification documents, banking details or other unnecessary sensitive information in the open-ended answer.
The application also records basic referral information, such as campaign parameters and the referring site's hostname, when available. Security and hosting providers may process technical information associated with requests, such as network and browser information, to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use application information to receive and review your application, route it to the appropriate queue, understand your questions, support follow-up and evaluate how the application process is working. Financial-context answers help us avoid sales outreach where someone indicates financial strain. They are not an assessment of investment suitability or personalized financial advice.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a response, acceptance or purchase opportunity. Instagram is the intended application conversation channel. Optional education email consent is separate from applying. If you subscribe to those updates, you may unsubscribe through the instructions in an email or by contacting us.
Who handles the information
Authorized ATA personnel and the partner handling your application can access information needed for that work. We use service providers for hosting, security, database storage and customer relationship management. Application hosting and storage use Cloudflare and Supabase. GoHighLevel supports our customer relationship management when information is transferred for follow-up. Their access is limited to the services involved in operating the application and follow-up process.
If the website directs you to the existing JotForm application during the transition, JotForm also processes the information submitted there. If you choose to communicate through Instagram, that conversation takes place through Instagram and is subject to its own terms and privacy practices.
We may disclose information when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to address security incidents, enforce applicable agreements or protect legal rights. This application does not require consent to advertising or a purchase.
Retention and requests
We retain application information to review submissions, maintain the contact relationship and communication preferences, address requests, and keep records needed for security or applicable obligations. Inactivity or an unfinished application does not by itself cause automatic deletion. Retention depends on the information and these purposes. You may request deletion using the contact address below. Unsubscribe and suppression choices remain effective regardless of activity status. Separate rules apply to contracts, payments, support and preservation requirements.
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify a request before acting. Applicable law and legitimate preservation requirements may affect what we can delete. We will explain relevant limitations rather than promising that every copy can always be removed immediately.
Browser storage and external services
The application stores draft information and a random draft credential in your browser so it can resume. Avoid completing it on a shared device, and clear the saved draft when you no longer need it. Browser storage is separate from information already received by ATA. Removing browser storage does not itself delete a server-side application.
Links to other websites and services are governed by those providers' practices. We will update this notice when the covered practices materially change and show the revised effective date.
