About these pages

AlgoStrat Inc. d/b/a AlgoTrading Accelerator (ATA) provides information about trading software, education and support. Questions about these pages may be sent to support@algotradingaccelerator.com.

Website information is general product information and education. It is not personalized investment, legal or tax advice, and it does not direct you to make a particular trade or investment. Trading involves risk, including loss. Historical examples do not guarantee future results.

Applications and purchases

Provide information you are authorized to submit and keep your application accurate. An application is an expression of interest. It does not create a software license, reserve a place, guarantee a response or obligate either party to enter a purchase agreement.

Before purchase, review the actual program scope, fees, technical requirements, third-party costs and applicable agreements. Software access, payment obligations and member services are governed by the agreements presented for that purchase. These website terms do not add a fee, change an existing refund provision or amend a signed agreement.

Appropriate use

Do not use these pages to submit malicious content, impersonate another person, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access or collect other applicants' information. Do not upload passwords, banking information or unnecessary sensitive records through the application.

ATA's website materials, branding and software-related content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may view the public pages for their intended informational purpose. No ownership of ATA software or proprietary methods is transferred through website access or an application.

Availability and other services

Features and information may change. We aim to keep public information accurate, but an example or website description is not a promise of availability, performance or a particular trading result. Contact us about an apparent error before relying on it for a purchase decision.

Third-party platforms and services have their own terms. A link does not change those terms or make ATA responsible for a third party's operation. These pages may be unavailable during maintenance or an interruption.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Notice explains the handling of information submitted through the covered website and application. We may update these website terms prospectively and show the effective date. Changes to these pages do not silently amend an existing signed agreement. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
